Our Technology

We use the most advanced Compressed BioGas (CBG) production technology to harness energy from diverse biomass and waste sources. CBG, primarily composed of methane (>90%) with minimal amounts of carbon dioxide (<4%) and other gases, is generated through the anaerobic digestion of agricultural residues, cattle dung, sugarcane press mud, municipal solid waste, sewage treatment plant waste, and similar substrates. The resultant biogas undergoes rigorous purification processes to eliminate impurities such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), and water vapor. This purified biogas, with a methane concentration exceeding 90%, is then compressed to pressures of up to 250 bar and stored in cascades of high-pressure cylindrical vessels, producing what is known as Compressed BioGas (CBG).

Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) Digester

Our CSTR (Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor) digesters are at the forefront of biogas production technology. In these systems, we ensure that organic material is continuously fed into the digester, where it is uniformly mixed and processed. This continuous feed mechanism enables a steady production of biogas without interruptions, making it ideal for large-scale operations. The CSTR design, combined with our meticulous operation and maintenance protocols, ensures a consistent and predictable biogas yield.

Anaerobic DigestionTechnology

Our state-of-the-art digestion technology breaks down biomass under oxygen-free conditions to create biogas. Our systems are built with durable materials like concrete, steel, and specialized polymers to ensure efficiency and longevity. Our design includes pre-mixing areas, digester vessels, and gas utilization components to optimize the process and produce biogas from organic waste materials like agricultural residue, cattle dung, and municipal solid waste.

Biogas Purification Unit

We employ the latest technologies to refine the raw biogas into high-purity methane. Our purification processes involve the removal of impurities such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2) using advanced techniques including Iron Chloride dosing, water scrubbing, activated carbon filtration, and the Amine process. These technologies enable us to achieve a methane concentration exceeding 90%, thereby significantly improving the calorific value and energy content of the biogas.

Pressurized CBG Cylinders

Our high-pressure compressors and storage cascades are specifically designed to compress and store purified biogas. With a methane content of over 90%, the purified gas is compressed to pressures up to 250 bar using our high-performance compressors. We store the CBG in compliance with industry standards, using steel cylinder cascades that meet IS 7285 or advanced type-3 and type-4 composite cascades that meet BIS specifications such as IS 15935. This ensures the safe and efficient delivery of CBG.
